Generalists: That’s where you come in! Generalists are Research Analysts who produce research for clients that come to Wonder. Generalists do not have extensive research experience at Wonder or expertise in a certain Specialist vertical.
Proficient Analyst: The proficiency program is available to analysts that have completed 30 jobs. Along with the curriculum, the analyst must pass an assessment and successfully write mock research that demonstrates they understand how to provide the client with the best possible experience with their research.
Industry Vertical Credentialed Analyst: These analysts have experience in a specific industry vertical. They have completed a minimum of 30 jobs on the platform, gained their proficiency certification, completed an assessment, and successfully completed mock research in a certain vertical. They are experienced in the vertical and consistently produce excellent research for the client. More information may be found here.
Special Teams: Analysts that have obtained 3 industry verticals are qualified to be a member of the High Priority Team, where they receive bonuses to complete critical projects. Analysts who have obtained a minimum of 5 industry verticals are qualified to be members of the Top Analyst Team, where they receive bonuses to complete Pilot projects and VIP projects for new and potential clients.
HQ+ Team: This elite team consists of Analyst Support, Customer Support, and Research Managers. Members are selected by an application process. Selection for these teams is very competitive.
Auditors: Auditors are experts and mentors when it comes to Research. Again, the selection for these teams is very competitive.
