Purpose

Rapid Response Team Analysts at Wonder are the next Elite Logo Research Team members. These analysts are people looking to take on challenging projects while maximizing their earnings at Wonder. This team works on projects that often require abstract thinking and creative approaches.

Eligibility

This team will be the feeder team for Elite Logo Research Team

• The analyst must have a 100% audit pass rate in the last 90 days.
• The analyst must be Tier 1
• 80% of the audits in the last 90 days must be 5-star audits (18-20 points).
  • Any work completed that was not audited will be counted as 5 stars.
• The analyst must complete a minimum of 40 jobs on the platform.

Requirements

Rapid Response Team members work on some of the highest priority projects and, therefore, must be accessible by Slack while working on a request.

Benefits

Rapid Response Team members are offered exclusive projects that often require some outside-the-box thinking. To reward this, the team is offered bonuses and can make up to $30/hour.

Removal Process

If a team member receives two 1-star audits, or less than 80% of their audits are 5 stars, the analyst’s membership to the team will be subject to pause.

Re-Entry Process

If an analyst is removed, they will be eligible for re-entry after having their permissions removed for at least 90 days. To be readmitted, the analyst must meet the eligibility requirements to be on the team.

Admin reserves the right not to readmit a team member after they have been removed.
