Purpose

The Elite Logo Research Team at Wonder delivers high-quality experiences that help us close the next big deal! These analysts have the highest standing in our network and have access to the highest priority and visibility projects, as well as the highest-paying jobs on the platform. These analysts regularly work on New Logo Pilot Projects for Enterprise clients, which creates new opportunities for every analyst in our network. Members of this team are eligible to apply to the Elite Guaranteed Research Team when openings are available.

Eligibility

Members of the Elite Logo Research Team must either apply or be invited to apply. When we are accepting applications, this will be shared with the Rapid Response Team.

• Has proven communication and team skills and can collaborate and problem-solve in a timely and respectful manner.
• The analyst must have a 100% audit pass rate in the last 90 days.
• Must be a member of the Rapid Response Team.
• 95% of the audits in the last 90 days must be 5-star audits (18-20 points).
  • Any work completed that was not audited will be counted as 5 stars.
• The analyst must complete a minimum of 75 jobs on the platform.
• High completion-to-drop ratio
• All 9 industry certifications.
• Required Mastery: must show mastery of a variety of project types (Especially SWOT, Best/Top/Leaders, Case Studies, Company & Industry Analysis, Concept Overviews, Market Size, Growth, & Share, Demographic, and Psychographics).

Requirements

Top Analysts have three main requirements:

• Since this is a very small team, members will prioritize working on projects assigned through this team over jobs obtained from the assigner. An analyst that continually turns down projects, will be subject to removal.
• Elite Logo Research Team Analysts work on Wonder’s highest-priority projects. Because of this, they must work on their research on the Wonder editor. This allows work to be monitored and makes it easier to get help!
• Due to the urgency of these projects, analysts must be accessible by Slack while working in the editor.
• While an analyst is working, their research will be subject to a midpoint check. When an analyst is halfway done working on a request, a Research Manager will reach out to the analyst to check in on the progress and offer any support.
