Whether clients want to explore a topic, validate an idea, analyze a situation, or create a data set, Wonder delivers fast, high-quality, and comprehensive research to meet their goals and objectives.
Based on the format of the Research Criteria (i.e., instructions that outline what a Research job will provide), there are three types of Research jobs at Wonder:
Interpreted Research jobs are individual 3-hour research requests that include a list of Research Criteria (RCs) and other helpful notes provided by an Interpreter.
Each Interpreted Research job requires 3 hours of work (~120 minutes for researching and ~ 60 minutes for writing, formatting, etc.). You are given 7 hours to complete an Interpreted Research job.
Project Research (PR) jobs do not go through the Interpret step and are created when the client approves one or more research paths (aka Proposed Next Steps) from a Strategy.
Project Research jobs can consist of multiple requests, typically anywhere from 1 to 10 requests within one job. (Note: Each request is a 3-hour research block). You'll have a dynamic timer to complete a Project Research job based on the number of requests in the job, for example;
1 request: 3-hour time expectation; 7-hour timer
2 requests: 6-hour time expectation; 18-hour timer
3 requests: 9-hour time expectation, 27-hour timer
4 requests: 12-hour time expectation; 36-hour timer
5 requests: 15-hour time expectation, 45-hour timer, and so on.
When a client comes in through AI-assisted chat, we will complete three-hour increments for each research path they have. The first three hours will focus on the path the client wants us to focus on first; then, we will craft research paths as follow-up requests to cover everything else they mentioned in the client chat.
When we get a three-hour iteration after reading the chat, we will proceed with one of the following job flows.
