When a client comes in through AI-assisted chat, we will complete three-hour increments for each research path they have. The first three hours will focus on the path the client wants us to focus on first; then, we will craft research paths as follow-up requests to cover everything else they mentioned in the client chat.

Steps in Conducting Three-Hour Increments

Read the Chat

• Most likely, there will not be a strategy attached to your research.
• If you have an Interpreted, multi-analyst request, you will NOT follow the steps for three-hour increments.
  • If you can’t decide if your job is an Interpret or a PR, you can see examples here.
  • If your job is an AI-assisted chat, you will only have the client chat. You will not see Request Criteria or a Strategy.
• If you feel that your follow-up will me more than 12 hours, please fill out this form so you can collaborate with an RM.
