If it is a Full Client Update, briefly state that the information was not available and let the client know what you provided instead. You can then address it fully in Creative Solutions.
Provide an outline of what we provided. This does not need to be every single thing you provide, but a general outline that lets the client know what we provided in the research. DO NOT restate the RCs.

Why is a summary important? The summary sets up the research- think of it as a map for the client. It also gives the client the answer to their question, which is what they asked for!
