• Estimate how many items to include based on what you can accomplish in 10 minutes of presearch, or, with a spreadsheet request, time yourself on completing several rows and scope accordingly.
• Note: For data entry/spreadsheet projects where a write-up is minimal, allow 30 - 40 minutes for analysts to review the strategy and the spreadsheet, understand the research criteria for the project, ensure formatting is correct, and compose the minimal write-up.
