Wonder Score
Your Wonder Score is a comprehensive score that reflects your performance at Wonder. It is a combination of your Audit score and your earned Industry Verticals.
This score will be used to determine your tier and, therefore, your placement in the assigner. We want to recognize and reward those consistently performing and prioritize these analysts in the assigner.
Audit Scores
Your Audit score is an average of all your work on the platform since we started the new audit process in September 2022. Once the Wonder Score is productized and moved to the assigner, it will be cumulative of your last 50 jobs.
- Any job you have completed since we started the new audit process in September that was not flagged for an audit automatically receives 20 points.
- Jobs that went through audit receive the audit score assigned during the audit.
- The audit score is cumulative.
- Analysts that have yet to complete any requests during the new audit process have a score of 0 until they complete a job. Then, their score will be adjusted accordingly.
- Analysts will now be able to request a Second Look for three-star audits in addition to one-star audits.
- To be eligible for a Second Look, there must be something we missed, a mistake in the audit, or additional context the Audit team would not have been aware of. To request a Second Look, please respond to the email that was sent with your audit score.
Verticals
There are nine available verticals to earn, along with two verticals that have been retired (COVID-19 and CPG).
- Analysts with retired verticals still get credit for having those verticals as a bonus added to their vertical score.
- If an analyst has earned all nine verticals, they receive 20 points.
