[ ] Confirm you have a stable internet connection. Check your connection here.
[ ] Make sure you’re using a laptop or a desktop computer. The Wonder platform is not optimized for mobile devices and tablets.
[ ] Make sure you have the right browser notification settings. To avoid issues with the assigner, specifically with job notifications, use the following browser settings for each Wonder tab that you have open: ⤵️
[ ] Clear your browser cache and cookies. You can learn how to do this for Google Chrome here.
[ ] Disable any custom, strict browser settings you have applied to your browser for Wonder’s dashboard and editors.
[ ] Disable third-party ad-blockers, pop-up blockers, and extensions including VPNs, Ghostery, uBlock, and Grammarly for the Wonder dashboard and editors. Wonder won’t show you ads. 😉

To claim a job via the Assigner, log on to the Dashboard. Click the green “Go Online” button, select the jobs you’d like to work on, for example, Research (Interpreted Research) or Project Research, and click “I’m Ready”. Learn more about how the assigner works here.
