Cite Direct Links to Sources

• Cite a direct link to quotes, text, and statistics obtained from the source (i.e., cite a link that goes directly to specific highlighted text on the source website)

Use sources from the last 12-24 months. If there are no other sources, examples have been provided to explain this to the client.

URL Shortener

• In the Follow-Up Requests (Research Proposal) section, we've added a requirement to use a URL shortener to shorten the link of the helpful source in the follow-up research paths.

Use American English

• In the Importance of Professional Writing section, we've added a note to use American English vocabulary and grammar in your research.

AS/IF Available

• A second-best alternative or pivot is not required when an RC states “as available” or “if available”.
• Provide at least one source to support that information is not available on the data point.
