Quality Management Policies

As a managed marketplace, Wonder guarantees the quality of the Research our Analyst community produces. We strive to deliver Research that meets our minimum quality standards and the committed turnaround time while promoting a positive community culture.

Wonder manages the quality of our Research and community in the following ways. For tracking purposes, Analyst Support will send an email to the Analyst to communicate the details of each instance, including job date, type (i.e., Research), and title.

Note: Certain policies result in permissions removal while others result in permissions pause / a warning. We operate under a 3 strikes policy to discourage repeat offenses. If an analyst’s permissions are paused 3 times for violating the quality management policies within a 90-day period, their permissions are subject to removal. Wonder reserves the right to immediately pause or remove.

A. Research Quality

Removal:

Research Job Audit

To ensure we deliver against Wonder's minimum quality standards, we audit completed Research jobs that are flagged by either HQ, HQ+, or Research Managers. We also audit all client-rated 1-star projects.

• If an Analyst’s completed Research job fails in audit phase 1 and phase 2, the analyst's permissions will be paused for 24 hours. During this 24-hour Paused Permissions period, an Auditor will review the analyst's last five Research jobs detailing patterns of quality concerns and identifying areas that the analyst must improve upon to meet the minimum quality standards.
• Permissions will be reinstated upon confirmation of understanding the Comprehensive Review. The analyst will move to audit phase 3 and his/her next three Research jobs will be audited to evaluate improvements. Failing audit on any job in phase 3 will make the analyst's platform permissions Subject to Removal.

Plagiarism

To ensure we deliver an original synthesis, we monitor for intentional plagiarism.

• If an Analyst submits a Research job with more than 20% plagiarism, the Analyst’s Wonder permissions (Research) will be subject to removal. Check your work using this free plagiarism tool.

Pause / Warning:

Revisions/Refunds (includes all client-rated 1-star projects):

To ensure we maintain the quality of the Analyst community, we monitor the revisions/refunds requested by clients and approved by HQ for quality reasons.

• If an Analyst’s completed Research jobs (incl. Interpreted, Project Research, and Scope-and-Go) are revised/refunded 3 times in a 30 day period for quality reasons, the Analyst’s Wonder permissions (Research) will be subject to pause for 1 week / 7 days. The pause will be considered a warning.
• Note: We'll only count revisions/refunds processed due to quality reasons: Did not base Research on credible sources, Did not provide significant data, Did not demonstrate reasonable effort, Did not address all aspects of client's ask (all aligned with our current audit process).
