As a managed marketplace, Wonder guarantees the quality of the Research our Analyst community produces. We strive to deliver Research that meets our minimum quality standards and the committed turnaround time while promoting a positive community culture.
Wonder manages the quality of our Research and community in the following ways. For tracking purposes, Analyst Support will send an email to the Analyst to communicate the details of each instance, including job date, type (i.e., Research), and title.
Note: Certain policies result in permissions removal while others result in permissions pause / a warning. We operate under a 3 strikes policy to discourage repeat offenses. If an analyst’s permissions are paused 3 times for violating the quality management policies within a 90-day period, their permissions are subject to removal. Wonder reserves the right to immediately pause or remove.

Research Job Audit
To ensure we deliver against Wonder's minimum quality standards, we audit completed Research jobs that are flagged by either HQ, HQ+, or Research Managers. We also audit all client-rated 1-star projects.
Plagiarism
To ensure we deliver an original synthesis, we monitor for intentional plagiarism.

To ensure we maintain the quality of the Analyst community, we monitor the revisions/refunds requested by clients and approved by HQ for quality reasons.
