Gut Checks
- At the end of the gut check, where we look at an analyst’s 5 recent jobs that have not been audited, one of two things will happen-
- 3 of 5 Research jobs pass Audit- The Gut Check shows that there are few instances where the analyst is misaligned and that this misalignment can be remedied in a timely manner through analyst investment in education. The analyst’s permissions are reinstated upon verification that the analyst confirms receipt of the Gut Check and educational resources available to support alignment by responding to the email.
- Note: Analysts who receive a Gut Check are encouraged to request a Zoom meeting (scheduled for up to 1 hour) with Quality Management Support to clarify instances of misalignment and/or minimum quality standards.
- 3 of 5 Research jobs fail Audit. The Gut Check shows that there are multiple instances where the analyst is misaligned and that this misalignment cannot be remedied in a timely manner through analyst investment in education. The analyst’s permissions are removed.
- Analysts that are removed will be reviewed quarterly to determine whether or not they qualify to be invited back onto the platform by attending a Wonder Academy class.
Audit Change
- It is extremely important that we understand how to maximize and refine our searching skills so that we not only provide the client with correct information but do not tell them information was not available in error. When these mistakes happen, it seriously erodes the client’s confidence in our ability to produce quality research. If an analyst repeatedly tells the client that information is not available when it is, in fact, available, admin reserves the right to pause or remove the analyst’s permissions on the platform.
