When clients log into the platform, they see this screen. They can toggle between humans and AI. If they select human, they will see the first screen. If they choose AI, they will see the agent screen.
We will focus on human research.
Vet
Vetting analysts will vet the information to ensure that it answers the question (not to HITL Wonder standards) and that the sources are viable.
- Vetting research is rOS combined with HITL. It consists of validating rOS findings and light research to flesh out what is needed. When the vetting analyst is done, the report is sent directly to the client. Vetting projects do not have an analyst working on them unless we encounter significant issues during the course of the research.
- This is not the same as verification, which is simple verification of rOS, designed to go on to a network analyst for full research.
How do we handle these projects?
- Review the outline for accuracy and adjust if needed. It should completely reflect the client’s ask.
- Post in the channel that a job is ready for the architect.
- The RM will send the research to the client on their admin account.
Monitor
- Monitor- The client wants us to create a project and then monitor it regularly. The RM will decide the best way to accomplish this, whether vetting or landscape.
- Monitor research is recurring projects or topics that clients want to keep updated on regularly.

- If we do not need an analyst, the RM will send the research to the client on their admin account.
Landscape
- Landscape- this is our standard human-in-the-loop research (BigR) research.
- Landscape research is similar to what you are all familiar with, in the form of larger, in-depth analyses, special deliverables, etc., conducted by our network analysts + rOS where you deem appropriate.
- All landscape research will go directly to the Strategy dash so we can ensure the outline reflects the client’s needs before we send it to an architect.
- Tip: If in doubt, you can recognize a landscape project by the closing of the chat. It will read. "Perfect – we’ll get things going and be in touch asap. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions to either your dedicated CSM, Jonah (phone #), or the research management team: [email protected]"
