Given below is a guide to help you set your workspace up for success.

Before Starting Work

• [ ] Confirm you have a fast and stable internet connection. You can check your internet speed here.

• [ ] Make sure you’re using a laptop or a desktop computer. The Wonder platform is not optimized for mobile devices and tablets.

  • Note: We recommend using the Google Chrome browser to work on Wonder. While other browsers can be used to “search” for information, the Wonder platform works best on Chrome.

• [ ] To make sure you get job notifications, use the following browser settings for the Wonder platform: ⤵️

  • Note that the Notifications, Pop-ups and Redirects, and Sound settings are set to "Allow" instead of "Allow (default)".
  • Sometimes these settings automatically reset to the original settings i.e. “Allow (default).” This usually happens if you reset/restore the browser settings or make another update to your browser or computer. It is best to recheck these settings after making any kind of update to your browser or computer.

• [ ] Clear your browser cache and cookies. You can learn how to do this for Google Chrome here.

  • We recommend clearing your cache often (ideally daily).

• [ ] Disable any strict browser settings, third-party ad-blockers, pop-up blockers, and extensions including VPNs, Ghostery, uBlock, and Grammarly for the Wonder platform as these settings and extensions interfere with our platform.
