We appreciate the work you do, and we understand the importance of paying you for it promptly. Review the information below on payments to understand our system for processing them.

Compensation

The Research Editor shows you the total compensation for the job you are working on, minus your bonus, if you receive one.

When you submit your research, your compensation is added to your earnings for the current ****two-week pay period. You can see your earnings in the current pay period at the top right corner of the Dashboard.

Payday Logistics

• Paydays occur twice monthly on the weekday closest to the 15th and the 30th of each month.
• All payments are sent via PayPal.
• The cutoff for completing jobs within a pay period is 12am/midnight EST on the night before of the payday. You will see any earnings for jobs completed after this time the next day once payment is distributed.
• The goal time for payout is 12 pm EST, but we aim to get it done earlier!
• You are paid the total sum of all request-related earnings and bonuses you’ve accrued during that two-week period. You can view your earnings in the Earnings section of your dashboard.

Rate Tiers

Tiers will be reviewed every 90 days.

Tier 1- $25/hr- 22-25 points

Tier 2- $22/hr- 18-21 points

Tier 3- $18/hr- 16-17 points

Tier 4- $13/hr- 15 points and below

Tiers are based on a combined score of 25 points across 5 categories:

1. Audit
   1. 19.95 and above- 5 points
   2. 19.8-19.94- 4 points
   3. 19.79-19.65- 3 points
   4. 19.64-19.5- 2 points
   5. 19.49 and below- 1 point
2. Verticals Obtained
   1. 10+ verticals- 5 points
   2. 8-9 verticals- 4 points
   3. 6-7 verticals- 3 points
   4. 4-5 verticals- 2 points
   5. 1-3 verticals- 1 point
