In order to optimize all our resources, we will be adding a different type of research job to the flow.
What Needs to Change?
Over the last year, we have been introduced to several tools that were supposed to increase our efficiency and make us research wizards, but it really didn’t work out that way, did it?
- Some worked some of the time. But when they didn’t, we were back to square zero.
- Some didn’t quite do what we needed them to, whereas others weren’t even close.
Clients are increasingly coming to us with the same questions:
What AI tools do you use? What have you developed? HOW CAN YOU PROVIDE US WITH VALUE?!
- That left us with a decision:
I am sure you can guess which one we chose.
- We fully acknowledge that this has been an interesting and, at times, bumpy ride in the last year.
- ChatGPT can do great things! Except when it doesn’t work or when it hallucinates.
- ResearchOS provides so much information, but wading through that takes so much time that it becomes a frustrating experience sometimes.
- One thing has become increasingly clear. Clients have limited budgets due to the current economic situation. Our volume shows this. It is time to make a move that makes the client happy and puts research on the dash.
The Plan
Recognize that ResearchOS gives us some great information and use it appropriately.
- You will have one or two documents depending on how the research job is created:
- Your RCs will be in their normal place or placed into a doc for you.
- Your verified ResearchOS run. Depending on how the job is created, this will either be placed in the editor for you or in a document so you can copy/paste the information.
- Here is an example:
- Home Depot Holiday Marketing RCs
- At this point you are ready to research. You will only need to research what is asked of you in the RCs.
