Welcome to your new Possibilities at Wonder. Now that you’ve mastered the skills needed to be an expert researcher, it’s time to earn your credentials.

Use this curriculum as a toolkit. We realize that as a researcher, you don’t need to know everything about an industry - you just need to be able to research it effectively and communicate the research to the client.

To be credentialed, the process and requirements are as follows:

• Analysts who do not currently have a specialty must successfully pass the Proficiency Curriculum.
• Analysts that want to gain an additional specialty must first successfully pass the Proficiency Curriculum.

Upon completing the Proficiency Curriculum, an analyst will need to do the following:

• Comprehend the information presented in the industry.
• Pass a multiple choice test over industry concepts with a minimum score of 90%.
• Complete and pass a mock research assignment. This research will be audited by the specialist onboarding team and must be the equivalent of 5 stars.
• During the 90 days prior to applying, your audit pass rate must be 100%.
• During the 90 days prior to applying, an analyst must have more 5-star audits than 3-star audits. For example, if you were audited 5 times in the last 90 days, 3 of those would need to be 5 stars.
