Setting yourself up for success starts even before claiming a job. This includes being organized and knowing exactly what documents or WKC pages to use. To do so, I am a big fan of Notion, custom GPTs, and, of course, WKC pages.

Personally, I use an empty Notion page with a table of contents (like this one). I copy the Research OS output and paste it in the Notion page without formatting (Ctrl+Shift+ V for Windows and Command-Option-Shift-V for Mac). This will create a document with in-line citations and a table of contents for easy navigation. The table of contents allows me to focus on the part that I am covering.
