How does it do it?
This tool pulls data directly from Crunchbase. You will need to first enter the company name, and a brief description of the company (this can be very simple, such as the industry or services it provides. This is simply to make sure the correct company is selected).
Data that can be fetched includes, for a single company:
- The official website
- When the organization was founded
- The location of the organization’s headquarters
- Revenue range
- Current stage of funding, such as a Series A
- Total funding
- Details of funding, including descriptions and main participants
- The most recent type of funding received
- Whether the org has made an IPO
- The stock exchange the company is listed on if any, and the stock symbol.
- Company valuation and date
- Investments made
- Approx. number of employees
- The logo URL
