A company analysis provides an in-depth analysis of specific aspects of a particular company or organization.
Generally, a company analysis includes at least five data points, including:
- Company overview (e.g., what the company does, its founding details, HQ/locations, and/or employees)
- Products/services
- Value proposition
- Target market
- Publicly available financial details (e.g., revenue or funding, etc.).
The Research Criteria may sometimes ask for other parameters, such as the company’s business model (e.g., wholesale, direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, marketplace, etc.), competitive advantage, pricing, marketing messages, customer ratings, or reviews. However, stick to the parameters outlined in the Research Criteria.
