At Wonder, collaboration is essential. We encourage our analysts to leverage every resource available to help them succeed with an assignment. Asking for help allows others to share their experience, information, and resources.

Collaborate with the Wonder Community

Our community consists of a network of many of freelance Wonderers around the world with different backgrounds and varied experiences across multiple industries. Together, we champion one another’s successes. If you are ever in dire need of help, turn to the Wonder Community to ask questions, share knowledge, and brainstorm.

When collaborating with the community, keep a few things in mind:

• Ask clear questions: Analysts can turn to Slack to ask questions, clarify or define a term, ask for help with inaccessible sources, or even ask for a second set of eyes to check their work before submission. However, one must ask the right question to get the right answer. Format clear and concise questions that detail the situation outline your point of view, and succinctly explain the ask. Such well-formed questions are far more likely to get an answer promptly.
• Stay logged into and monitor Slack: Our primary medium for communication is the Wonder Community on Slack. Stay logged in and monitor Slack while working on a job. Be responsive when they receive a message from an Admin, mentor, or fellow analyst regarding their assignment.
