1.5 Hour Revisions
The goal of the 1.5-hour revision process is to spend 1.5 hours conducting any post-QA check edits that are not as extensive as a revision but do not fall within the allotted time /capacity for the normally allotted time for edits (30-60 minutes).
- The RM completing the QA check is not required to claim these jobs but has the first right of refusal.
- If you conduct a QA check that needs a 1.5-hour revision but can not take this job, please flag the Network Speed Lead in the PMQ channel, and they will offer it to the entire team.
- Whether you complete the job or not, all 1.5-hour revisions must be logged on the “1.5 Hour Revision Tracker” tab of this form.
Responding to Analyst Help Requests
Assisting analysts when they submit a help request form is another off-dash RM job.
Process:
- When a help request notification hits the PMQ channel, the first available RM should:
- Add an emoji to that post to indicate they are completing the job.
- Open the spreadsheet and review the analyst’s notes.
- Add your name in Col. I, and the job type in Col. J (see below)
- Note that help requests are categorized into eight needs, based on anticipated potential Wonderpad project outcomes, and comp will be based on estimated time per type of task.
- The type of action to take for each type of help request is outlined here (note there are two comp levels for these, based on the estimated time required).
